Privacy Policy
Briar Revivals Personal Productivity is a private, personal-use application operated by the owner of this domain. It is used by one person with their own Google account and is not offered to the public.
Google data the application accesses
- Gmail, read-only: message metadata and contents used to identify messages that may require action.
- Google Calendar, read-only: calendar and event information used to show schedule context and avoid duplicate tasks.
The application requests separate, read-only grants and does not use them to modify or delete Gmail messages or Calendar events.
How Google data is used
Gmail data is evaluated by a locally operated model to identify actionable messages and produce task reminders. Calendar data supplies scheduling context to that workflow and to the operator's private calendar display. Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing personal productivity features.
Storage and protection
OAuth tokens are stored on the operator's own workstation or private server with access controls. Calendar information may be mirrored on that private server, and limited derived task information may be retained in the operator's private productivity system. The public website at this domain receives none of that Google user data.
Sharing and transfer
Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with independent third parties. It is not sent to third-party AI services. Processing and storage remain on infrastructure controlled by the operator, except for requests made directly to Google APIs.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are retained until they are revoked or replaced. Cached calendar information and derived task records are retained only as needed for the personal workflow and may be deleted by the operator at any time. Access can be revoked from the Google Account permissions page. Revocation prevents future access; locally retained information can then be removed from the operator's private systems.

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
